About Conscious Flowers

Established in 2016.

We started a non profit mutal benefit that cares to the needs of our patients. We've been state registered since 2016.

All of our medicine comes from California guaranteeing freshness and 100% satisfaction.

We are a State registered Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation, and strictly abide by the guidelines set in place by the Attorney General Edmond Brown in August 2008. We are safe and efficient in delivering at your convenience/location.

First time patient requirements for medical (exempt from sales tax but not the new cannabis tax):

1. Provide full name on rec.
2. Email address to sign our membership agreement (you can sign on our tablet if needed)
3. Rec. ID #
4. Valid CA ID
5. Verification phone #/website
6. Address for delivery.

Upon delivery please have your original doctor's recommendation and valid CA ID so we can scan a copy.

Member agreement signature is required.
